What is laser lipolysis?
Laser lipolysis is a revolutionary way to contour your body & reduce stubborn fat with virtually no downtime! It’s a great alternative to traditional liposuction & can be used to treat areas of the body such as the the stomach, face, thighs, calves, hips & back. Laser lipo is a non-invasive form of body sculpting & requires NO incisions & has little to no downtime!
It removes small fat deposits. Like surgical liposuction, this procedure removes fat cells from your body. It’s much less painful, though, & laser lipolysis recovery is also shorter & less complicated. It also comes with a lower risk of loose skin afterward.
How does laser lipolysis work?
We place pads equipped with laser diodes directly onto the skin. The laser energy penetrates down to the fat cells & creates tiny holes in their membranes. This causes the fat cells to release their stored fatty acids, glycerol, & water into the body & then shrink, potentially resulting in lost inches. The body then flushes out the expelled fat-cell contents via the lymphatic system or burns them for energy.
Laser lipolysis differs from traditional liposuction, which is considered major surgery & requires general anesthesia (the patient is put into a sleep during the procedure). With surgical lipo, the surgeon inserts instruments into a layer of fat & uses a tube to break up fat cells & suction them out. Recovery can take months.
